We are Gann's Performance Tackle, manufacturers of the finest Jigs, Spinnerbaits, Buzzbaits and more on the west coast.
The purpose of this site is to showcase our entire line-up of products.
We encourage all our customers to visit the fine retail outlets that
carry our products, links to each of these vendors are provided. For
those customers that don't have a retail outlet near them or whose
outlets don't handle our entire line of baits we have provided this web
store.
Our commitment to each customer is to build a premium quality
bait, with the finest components available. We strive for 100% customer
satisfaction in all aspects of business.
We are continually working on new designs, colors and more

Shipping Policies: All orders generally ship in 1-5 days of order, depending on time placed, order load and quantity purchased. Time estimates are estimates only,and they usually are accurate, however they are based on our suppliers ability to distribute product to us. In the event of a back order, you will be notified. In the event Ganns Performance Tackle is not able to produce the item(s) ordered you will be notified and given the choice of substituting a different product or color, or canceling the Item(s) ordered . We use USPS Priority mail for shipping. Shipping times are generally 2 to 5 days but are not guaranteed by USPS or Ganns Performance Tackle. Sometimes delivery times are affected by internal factors at USPS that we cannot control. Shipping USPS Priority mail requires shipment to PO Boxes or APO addresses for delivery, Shipment by USPS Priority mail includes "delivery confirmation" notices and "Tracking" numbers in the cost. We use this information to determine if a package has been delivered.
A handling fee of $1.00 is placed on all packages to offset the packaging expense.
Exchange/Return/Refund/Lost Shipment Policies:
Any defective items returned to us within 14 days of purchase will be exchanged for the same item. If a suitable replacement item is not available, you will be eligible for a refund.
Contact Customer Support Before Shipping back a defective item. Refunds will be credited to the same card with which the purchase was made. In the event we sent you a defective item(s) or sent out the wrong size or color of item(s) ordered, we will cover the shipping charges for the replacement items via a shipping method of our choice.
We cannot refund shipping and handling costs.
In the event that you were not satisfied with the item that you ordered ( size, color or product ), or have changed your mind about the item(s) and you would like to Exchange the Item(s),
Please contact Customer Support. We will attempt to accommodate you, but you will be responsible for the costs of shipping the items back to us and for the shipping costs of the new order. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned for exchange merchandise.
Lost Shipments: USPS Priority mail- if an order has not arrived within 14 days, please contact Customer Support. We will check the delivery confirmation status and have USPS investigate. If the delivery confirmation status shows the package as being delivered to the correct address, we cannot re-ship, refund or replace the order. If the delivery status shows it has not been delivered, we will send out another replacement order after another seven (7) day waiting period.
Taxes: We are in the state of California. We are required to collect Sales tax of 8.25% on all orders shipping to a California address.
Payment Information:
We accept Visa and Mastercard on our secure server. We also accept personal, cashiers check and money orders through the mail for those who prefer. Merchandise will ship after check clears with the bank. Your credit card is charged at the time of shipment.
